This policy explains what information Semergytech, Inc. collects through this website and how we use it. The site is informational: it has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising.
What we collect
We do not set cookies or run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you email us, for example to request samples, ask about PCSELSim or apply for a job, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send, such as a resume, cover letter or references.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to you, evaluate sample requests and partnerships, and review job applications. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Application materials are shared only with the people at Semergytech involved in hiring.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing info@semergytech.com. We keep correspondence and application materials only as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, or as required by law.
